The opportunity

As an Estate Planning Consultant, you’ll guide clients through important decisions about Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate – helping them protect their assets and loved ones.

What you do

Advise and support clients

Run remote consultations to understand each client’s situation and make clear recommendations on suitable estate planning solutions.

  • Explain Wills, LPAs, Trusts and Probate in plain English.
  • Gather information using structured fact-finds.
  • Submit cases to a legal drafting team.
How you work

Flexible, home-based role

You decide when and how much you work – full-time, part-time or alongside other commitments such as family or another role.

  • Work entirely from home, anywhere in the UK.
  • Use Zoom, Teams or phone for client meetings.
  • Fit appointments around your availability.

This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity with 35% commission paid on every completed case. Your income depends on the time and effort you put in.

  • Professional Indemnity Insurance and SWW membership are required (support is provided).

You’ll be guided through the key areas of estate planning, with materials you can revisit at any time.

Training is aligned with standards recognised by the Society of Will Writers (SWW), with support available for your membership application.
